We are very excited to be starting our new Men’s Breakfast Club on Friday May 1st ! Open to all men in Merthyr Tydfil who look after a family member or friend. Have some time out in the company of other men, and enjoy a hearty breakfast bap for free. It’s every Friday morning, 9.30 to 11am at the Centre.
