Our aim is to improve wellbeing as a means of tackling ill health and deprivation.
Poor health is one of the key factors undermining the wellbeing of our community.
We focus on providing accessible opportunities and services that help people feel good and we do this by connecting people together, helping them to be active, learn new things, be creative and mindful and give through volunteering.
Weekly groups include Tea dance, walking group, yoga, booty shakers, ballroom dancing, British sign language course, watercolours, craft making, choir – is there something you’d like to try? Contact us!
