CONGRATULATIONS to the amazing Glyn Culliford, who has been recognised by Active Merthyr Tydfil as their January Volunteer of the month. Glyn runs Booty Shakers at the Centre twice weekly and is an amazing inspiration to us all, making fitness fun.. Well done Glyn, you are an outstanding volunteer !
