Gyda chefnogaeth Effro, rydym yn cyflwyno gweithgareddau sy&#8217;n ennyn atgofion a sgiliau meddwl gan ddefnyddio therapi hel atgofion a therap\u00efau symbyliad gwybyddol. Mae&#8217;r sesiynau&#8217;n hwyl fawr i bawb ac yn dod \u00e2 llawenydd a chwerthin i fywydau pobl. Rydym yn gweithio gyda&#8217;r Clinig Cof ym Mharc Iechyd Keir Hardie i adnabod pobl sy&#8217;n byw gyda dementia a&#8217;u gofalwyr sydd angen cymorth. O&#8217;r Ganolfan, mae New Horizons hefyd yn darparu gweithdai lles i ofalwyr yn y fwrdeistref.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae ein sesiynau rheolaidd hefyd yn ddementia-gyfeillgar ac mae&#8217;r holl staff
