Workshops

Our Catering Workshop is located at Taff Fawr House Flat. We have installed a well equipped kitchen where we promote healthy eating and food awareness through hands-on cookery to children, young people and adults who want to learn to cook in a fun, vibrant and inspiring environment. The key objectives of the project are- To equip the local community with knowledge and practical experience in basic cookery and kitchen skills. To develop an understanding of the importance of a healthy balanced diet. To promote independence,raise confidence and develop new skills. To provide equality of access for all wishing to attend.

The food that is served at Luncheon Club on a Friday is all prepared in our Catering Workshop by our volunteers.
